Wash and blow dry service, smoothing system, condition treatments, color service, hair weaving, wig making, braiding, and hair extensions, perms and relaxers, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Policies: * All services adjustments/redo's must be performed within one week of initial appointment or additional fees may be applied. * We kindly ask that you notify us of any changes or cancellations within a 24 hour period prior to the appointed date. Late cancelations will subject to a fee of 50%. * Funds will not be refunded however, the mentioned fee may be used as a deposit towards future service appointments as long as it's used within the week. * All cancelations within 24 hours or "No call no Show" to any appointments will be required to leave a 50% deposit for one of their future services. *** Above mentions deposits as Non-Refundable in the event of a cancelation within a 24 hour period. *** ***Refund request are at managements discretion and issued accordingly.*** *Upon notice, guest will still be serviced within a 10-15min period if late. If no notice is given if guest is late, they must reschedule their appointment and will not be serviced on that day. **We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for following appointments.**
