Our Policies

At Dinamic Cuts, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Policies: * All services adjustments must be performed within one week of initial appointment or additional fees may be applied. * We kindly ask that you notify us of any changes or cancellations within a 24 hour period prior to the appointed date. *Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50%. * Funds will not be refunded, however, the mentioned fee may be used as a deposit towards future service appointments as long as it's used within the week. * All cancellations within 24 hours or "No call no Show" to any appointments will be required to leave a 50% deposit for one of their future services. * Above mentioned deposits are Non-Refundable in the event of a cancellation within a 24 hour period.  ***Refund requests are at management's discretion and issued accordingly.* Upon notice, the client will still be serviced within a 10-15min period if late. If no notice is given and the client is late, they must reschedule their appointment and will not be serviced on that day. ***We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for following appointments.***With all due respect to other customers after you.
